Returns & Refund Policy

At CaratKind, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to replace or return a product, and we’re happy to assist you within the following guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns for products delivered in perfect and undamaged condition. However, replacements or returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • A wrong product has been delivered (the item does not match your order confirmation).
  • The received product has a manufacturing or quality defect.
  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please send us:

  • Two clear images (one showing the damaged part and one of the full product), or
  • A video showing the damage for quicker processing.

Return Shipping

  • Returns must be self-shipped by the buyer to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with:
    1. Tags and barcodes
    2. Accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
    3. Shipping label (pasted on the packet)
    4. Invoice copy

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Non-Receipt of Delivery

Once your order is shipped, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you for delivery.
If the customer fails to respond or refuses delivery, the parcel will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 15–30 days after we receive your return for the amount to reflect in your account statement.
